Position Statement:
I know that faith is
something that we need to have in order to survive during trying times. I’ve
always loved the saying, “faith is like a mustard seed” because it really is.
We need to water it and give it sunlight so that it can grow into something magnificent.
I also believe that “faith without works is dead,” because we need to make sure
that we are actually acting upon what we learn and doing what we are supposed
to. How much does faith matter if we aren’t going to go to church and read our
scriptures? Not very much and it will most likely just wither away if we ignore
it to such degree.
